At Wild Fringe Co., every denim fringe bag is made with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and all details carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help.

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or appropriate resolution can be provided. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our denim fringe bags, slight variations in color, stitching, or detailing may occur. These are not considered defects but part of what makes each piece unique.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
